Are your fragrances inspired by designer perfumes?
Yes. Some of our fragrances are inspired by iconic designer scent profiles while remaining original creations by The Alure Co.
References to designer fragrances are used solely to describe the fragrance inspiration of our products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any designer brands or trademark owners.
Will your fragrances smell exactly like the designer fragrance?
Our fragrances are carefully inspired by well-known scent profiles while remaining uniquely The Alure Co.
Fragrance perception is personal and can vary depending on skin chemistry, body temperature, and environment.

Every fragrance includes our exclusive Fragrance Strength Rating to help you better understand the overall scent experience before purchasing.
Rather than focusing only on longevity, our rating reflects how noticeable a fragrance is, how boldly it projects, and whether it wears as a soft skin scent or leaves a lasting impression.

Our Fragrance Strength Rating simply helps you choose the fragrance experience that best fits your personal preference.

Others prefer bold fragrances that fill a room.
Neither is better—they’re simply different styles of fragrance.
How long do your fragrance oils last?
Every fragrance performs differently.
Some fragrance notes are naturally lighter and wear closer to the skin, while others are richer, deeper, and project much farther.
Most customers enjoy approximately 6–12 hours of wear, with many fragrances lasting even longer when layered.
How can I make my fragrance last longer?
For the best results:
• Apply fragrance to moisturized skin.
• Apply to pulse points such as your wrists, neck, and behind your ears.
• Layer with the matching Concentrated Body Oil or Luxury Body Butter whenever available.
Can I layer my fragrances?
Absolutely.
Layering is one of the best ways to enhance both fragrance longevity and overall scent experience.
For best results:
- Apply your Body Butter or Concentrated Body Oil.
- Finish with your Perfume Oil on your pulse points.
📦 Shipping
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within two business days before shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
What is your daily processing cut-off?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Mountain Time begin processing that business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM begin processing the following business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

Do you accept returns?
Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
All Perfume Oils, Concentrated Body Oils, and Luxury Body Butters are final sale.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number along with clear photos of both the product and the shipping packaging so we can review your request promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes—but only before your order enters fulfillment.
For The Alure Co., fulfillment begins once a shipping label has been created or purchased.
After that point, orders can no longer be canceled or modified.

Store your fragrance oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Proper storage helps preserve fragrance quality and longevity.
Are your products alcohol-free?
Yes.
All of our perfume oils are alcohol-free.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes.
We are committed to providing high-quality products and do not test our finished products on animals.
Should I patch test?
Yes.
If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend testing a small amount of product on a small area of skin before full application.
