At The Alure Co., every fragrance oil and body care product is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before it ships. Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.

We encourage customers to read each product description carefully before purchasing, as all fragrance purchases are final due to the personal nature of these products. If you have any questions about a fragrance or product before placing your order, we’re always happy to help so you can shop with confidence.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products, all fragrance oils, body oils, and body butters are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Used or tested
  • Tampered with
  • Delivered as ordered

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene for every customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address].

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging

We’ll review your request promptly and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have entered our fulfillment process.

For The Alure Co., an order is considered fulfilled once a shipping label has been purchased, even if the package has not yet been scanned or picked up by the shipping carrier.

Once a shipping label has been created, your order can no longer be canceled or modified.
